Privacy Policy

Taking the test requires no name, contact details or email. If you sign up to save and compare results, we collect your email address. We process the following while you use the Service.

Gender and relationship type are chosen by you and used only to tailor the questions and wording and to provide your result.

• Scoring the test and providing your result (conversation card)
• Identifying members, keeping you logged in, and verifying your email
• Saving and comparing results (the three most recent per account) and emailing result links
• Providing a shareable result link and preventing duplicate submissions
• Running the community: publishing posts and comments, likes, handling reports and managing content that breaks our rules
• Detecting errors, preventing abuse and keeping the Service secure
• Creating statistics that cannot identify individuals and improving the questions and Service

• Answers, selections and results: kept until you ask us to delete them or the Service ends, then destroyed without delay.
• Account and profile: kept until you delete your account. You can do that yourself on the My results page, and it removes your account and every saved result without delay.
• Posts, comments, likes and reports: kept until you delete them or your account, and removed together when you delete your account. Posts and comments are public; even for anonymous posts, our admins can see which account wrote them in order to handle reports.
• Login sessions: removed 7 days after login or when you log out. Email verification links stop working after 24 hours.
• Anonymous ID: stored on your device and removed when you clear the site data in your browser. A copy is kept on our servers with your submitted result.
• Access logs: kept only as long as needed to operate the servers; the oldest records are deleted once the log size limit is reached.

We do not share your information with third parties, except where required by law or requested by investigative authorities following legal procedures.

We use the following providers to operate the Service, and some information is stored and processed outside Korea.

• When and how: transferred over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) when you use the Service.
• Retention: same as section 3.
• If you do not want your information transferred abroad, you can stop using the Service, but you will not be able to receive a result.

Information whose retention period has ended or whose purpose has been fulfilled is destroyed without delay. Electronic files are deleted in a way that cannot be recovered.

• You can ask to access, correct, delete or stop processing your test result at any time.
• Because we don't collect names or contact details, please include the result link when you contact us so we can find your result.
• Members can delete their own account from the My results page. This removes the account and every saved result and cannot be undone.
• Send requests to the privacy officer below. We will act without delay and let you know the outcome.

We don't use cookies for advertising or tracking. We use browser storage (localStorage) to keep your anonymous ID, which you can remove by clearing the site data in your browser settings.

The Service is not intended for children under 14, and we do not collect information that identifies children.

• All traffic between the Service and our servers is encrypted with HTTPS.
• Database access is limited to the people who need it, and credentials are kept separate from the code.
• Passwords are stored as irreversible hashes, and login tokens and email links are stored as hashes too.
• Repeated failed logins temporarily lock the account to block unauthorized attempts.
• The admin screen that shows member information is restricted to designated administrator accounts.
• We process only the minimum information needed to provide the Service.

This policy takes effect on September 15, 2026. We will announce any changes on the Service at least 7 days before they take effect.
